Voting In-Person

In L.A. County, voters have 10 consecutive days and Election Day to vote in-person at ANY participating Vote Center in the County.

During the voting period, Vote Centers will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM during the 10 days prior to Election Day. On Election Day, all Vote Centers will be open from 7 AM to 8 PM.

Vote Safe In-Person

In compliance with the Governor's Executive Order relating to COVID-19, all registered voters in the May 12 Congressional District 25 Special General Election and June 2 Special Elections will be mailed a Vote by Mail ballot. However, by State law we are required to offer safe in-person voting options.

Our office will provide safe and secure Vote Centers throughout the District that follow all of the public health and safety guidelines, such as:

  • Social distancing of 6 feet
  • Election Workers wearing protective gloves and masks
  • Wiping down surfaces and Ballot Marking Devices after every voter
  • Limiting the number of voters in the voting area at one time

June 2, 2020 Special Elections

There are two safe in-person Vote Centers available to voters beginning Saturday, May 30. Vote Centers will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM from Saturday, May 30 to Monday, June 1 and from 7 AM to 8 PM on Election Day, June 2.

Early Voting at the Registrar's Headquarters
