Due to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) the Registrar-Recorder has closed its offices to the public. Marriage services are only available virtually. You must have a computer, laptop, tablet or phone that has voice and video capabilities as well as an email address.

Virtual Marriage License Appointment or Virtual Marriage License and Civil Ceremony Appointment

Step One

  • Complete the online application.
  • Record the confirmation number after completing the online application. 

You must complete step one prior to making your appointment. Couples who book an appointment without completing the online application will be required to reschedule.

Book an appointment.

You must complete the ENTIRE intake form including the waiver. If the form is incomplete your appointment will be cancelled. Please ensure your information is correct so that staff can send the meeting invitation to you.

Step Three

Follow instructions that are emailed to you and log on at your appointed time. Please be prompt.

If you are having a ceremony with us, it will be done all in the same appointment. Please ensure you book the appropriate appointment.
