Election Cost Estimates

The RR/CC has created an on-line Election Cost Estimate Application for jurisdictions to instantly calculate their own Election Cost estimates. The application calculates the total number of registered voters and permanent vote by mail voters in the specific jurisdiction to determine the estimated election cost.   At this time, only estimates for the March 2020 Election can be calculated.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Actual election factors such as jurisdiction participation, number of pages, and the implementation of the new voting system (Voting Solutions for All People or VSAP), may significantly impact actual costs billed to participating jurisdictions.
  • Estimated rates are not fixed fees and are for estimating purposes only.
  • The prior estimating tool was based on a fee-based model that is no longer used.
