Notice of Web Module for Business Filing and Registration

Effective October 21, 2013, the Business Filing and Registration Section of the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) will be implementing an enhanced automated system for the filing of Fictitious Business Name Statements.

This new BFR Web Module process will allow the public to access an online form to complete their application as the Registrant. Once the application is completed and submitted online, the registrant will be issued a confirmation number to take to any RR/CC office to pay and complete the business filing process.
