California Environmental Quality Act document fees will increase effective January 1, 2016, pursuant to Fish and Game Code §711.4 and §711.4(e) as follows:

  • Negative Declaration and Mitigated Negative Declaration - $2,210.25
  • Environmental Impact Report - $3070.00
  • Environmental Document prepared pursuant to a Certified Regulatory Program - $1,043.75
