In-Person Request

  • Cash

  • Check: Valid identification (i.e., driver's license) of the signer is required and must be presented at time of request. Out-of-state checks are accepted. Make payable to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
  • Money orders: Make payable to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.

Fax Request

  • Credit card: American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or Visa®. Include credit card payment information (name on the card, card number and expiration date) in your request.
