Passport applications are accepted at the Florence-Firestone Branch Office, 7807 S. Compton Ave, Room 215, Los Angeles, (323) 586-6192 and the Van Nuys Branch Office, 14340 West Sylvan Street, Van Nuys, (818) 374-7176. The hours for accepting applications are 8:30 am - 3 pm Tuesday -- Thursday, by appointment only.

The passport application will be reviewed by the staff and if acceptable, the application will be forwarded to the US Passport Office for final approval and issuance of the official passport. Passport fees must be paid by check or money order payable to the US Passport Office. A $30 service fee will be charged for each application, in addition to the fee for the passport.
